Cantera Negra is born from volcanic soil, crafted with three Ingredients – 100% Blue Weber Agave, water and yeast. Crafted in small-batch quantities, at Cantera Negra we do not believe in cutting corners, and permit only time-honored, traditional methods and the studied art of blending to guide our approach to production. Cantera Negra’s distinct flavor profile starts with our mash bill: an incredibly balanced blend of carefully selected highland and lowland Blue Weber Agave.
